At Elevate Strong, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we make it easy to return or exchange it.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. No complicated hoops — just reach out and we'll take it from there.
Free Returns
We cover the cost of return shipping. You don't pay a cent to send an eligible item back to us.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

A few categories are excluded from returns for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons (e.g., final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products). These will be clearly marked at checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked, and no need to send photos unless we ask for them to speed things up.
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@tryelevatestrong.com with your order number and reason for return
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier location noted on your label
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead of a refund? Let us know when you start your return and we'll prioritize getting the replacement to you as soon as your original item is on its way back.
Late or Missing Refunds
If it's been more than 10 business days since your return was delivered to us and you haven't seen a refund, contact us at support@tryelevatestrong.com and we'll look into it right away.
